English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)
Each California public school with 21 or more English learners must form an English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) unless the district designates for this purpose a subcommittee of an existing district-wide advisory committee.

DELAC Information
DELAC advises NVUSD on programs and services that support English learners. Comprised mostly of parents of English learners, DELAC helps shape goals, review procedures, and provide input on plans such as the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).
