 Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Memorial Stadium  

Graduates must arrive by 6:15 pm.

Gates to the stadium will be open at 6:00pm

Graduation Attire (NVUSD BP 5127): 

• Graduates should dress nicely. Please do not wear shorts and/or flip flops.  We recommend wedge sandals or nice flat shoes, not high heels, due to the turf.

• No message or decorations of any kind are allowed on your mortar board (graduation cap).  If you have any questions, contact khowden@nvusd.org

• Leis are not permitted during the ceremony unless you have previously received approval from administration.

Safety reminders for after the ceremony:

• Safety is paramount.  Spectators must wait until the conclusion of the ceremony before entering the field.

• Spectators are not permitted to jump from the stands onto the field.

• Spectators need to refrain from leaving excess trash on the field.

• Spectators must not damage the synthetic turf field.

• Spectators need to leave the field when an announcement is made, which will be approximately 20 minutes after the ceremony.

• Livestream: The graduation ceremony will be livestreamed available to view online through our social media.  Information and how to access will be sent out through email before the event.

Graduation Items [Pick-up]

• Any Senior who still needs to pick up their graduation announcements may do so at the Activities Office.  

• Students who did not order a cap and gown may request to borrow a set.  Email joanna_patscan@nvusd.org (in Activities office) with your name, student ID, and height.
