  • Please note that as the office is closed, I am unable to collect or mail any applications on your behalf. 
  • Be sure to follow the directions on each scholarship to submit your application by the deadline. If it is to be returned to me, then hold onto it until we return to school.
  • I will update the information below, to the best of my ability, if I learn of any extensions or changes.

Damian Maldonado Scholarship

  • Graduating high school senior
  • Plan to enroll full-time in a 2 year, 4 year, or technical post-secondary institution in Fall 2020
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 (weighted)
  • Have an interest in: travel, sports, community service. Love of family, friends & heritage

Italian Catholic Federation Scholarship

  • Graduating high school senior
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Must be Roman Catholic & of Italian descent OR
  • if Roman Catholic Parent, legal guardian, or grandparent is a member of ICF, then student does not need to be of Italian descent but must be Roman Catholic
  • Recipients can apply for further scholarships while attending college

The Johnny Miller Champ Foundation Scholarship

  • Address a letter, create a video, or use a creative medium of your choice, to submit to the Johnny Miller Champ Foundation describing a time in the last 2 years you worked hard to achieve a goal
  • Want to get to know you a little bit, so express or demonstrate anything you'd like them to know about yourself
  • Include what you hope to accomplish through college or trade school
  • Have a positive and resilient attitude

NVLA Scholarship

  • Must be a graduating high school senior
  • Attended NVLA Elementary School
  • Plan to enroll full time at an accredited college or university

  • Living or attending school in the boundaries of the Golden Gate Section (includes Napa county)

  • All graduating senior girls can apply
  • Particular consideration to first generation college goer, who has overcome the odds to get to college and choose a career that allows you to give back to the community.

  • Graduating high school senior attending school in Napa County
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must be a Napa County resident
  • Must submit an explanation of why historic preservation is important in Napa County. This can be in any chosen format such as written (less than 500 words), video, digital file, etc.

  • US Citizen of Italian descent (at least one parent or grandparent of Italian or Italian American descent)

  • Graduating high school senior

  • Must be committed to a relevant environmental major or course of study

The Darcy Aston Environmental Advocacy Scholarship

  • Graduating high school senior
  • Must indicate the post-secondary educational institute that you plan to attend
  • Intended for students who plan to pursue studies in the natural sciences including but not limited to: conservation biology, wildlife biology, environmental science, natural resource management, ecology, sustainability, energy, waste, recycling, water, air, policy, agriculture, or a similar environmental field.

Yountville Focus Scholarship

  • Currently live within Yountville Elementary School attendance area
  • Must have resided within such boundaries for a minimum 1 year period immediately prior to application
  • Graduating high school senior
  • Full time student in the upcoming education or training program for which seeking a scholarship (full time = minimum 12 units or its equivalent)

Napa Engineers Society Scholarship

  • Napa County resident or attending a Napa County high school
  • US Citizen or lawful permanent US resident
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Anticipated major in an engineering field (any discipline & concentration)
  • Demonstrated service to school and community
  • Financial need
  • Plan on attending a 4 year university, or 2 year college with the intent to transfer to a 4 year university

Eagle Cycling Club

  • Graduating high school senior
  • No minimum GPA requirement
  • No financial need requirement
  • You don't need to ride a bike, simply show an interest in a field that relates to cycling - frame building, safety, apparel & accessories, nutrition, sports medicine, adaptive equipment, Ebike advancement, coaching, planning a bike tour, planning a family fun ride, website development, member of a cycling team, etc.

Shannon Nicole Lemieux Memorial Aquatics Scholarship

  • Minimum 3 years of participation on an aquatic team at American Canyon, Calistoga, Justin Siena, Napa, St. Helena, or Vintage High School. (May have attended more than one high school.)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Memorial swim meet is March 28th at Vintage pool

  • Awarding 5 scholarships of $10,000 each

  • $2500 scholarship
  • Must be a DREAMer (immigrant under age of 25; entered US before age 16; lived continuously in US for at least 5 years)
